One place for the whole company’s work. With AI that asks first.
Sales pipelines, sprint boards, client projects, wikis, tables, dashboards, forms, goals, chat and team passwords live in one place. AI teammates take on tasks, show their work live, and wait for your OK before they change anything outside TaskCrew.
Why we built TaskCrew
Most companies run on a dozen apps that don’t talk to each other. Sales lives in one, the developers in another, the docs in a third, and the passwords in a spreadsheet nobody wants to own. Work gets copied between them, and nobody can see the whole picture.
We wanted one workspace where every team can work its own way. A sales pipeline with deal values next to a sprint board, a clinic’s daily operations next to its policies. Same place, same permissions, same search.
Then AI arrived, and most of it was either a chat window that knows nothing about your work, or an agent that acts on your behalf without asking. We think AI teammates should be like good colleagues: they see the task, its comments and its files, they show what they’re doing, and they check with you before they touch your customers, your CRM or your money. So in TaskCrew, every action outside TaskCrew can wait for a person, who sees exactly what it will do.
And because some work can’t leave the building, TaskCrew also runs on your own servers, with your database, your files and your own AI provider.
We’d rather show you than tell you, so every screenshot on this site is the real product, every number comes from the product’s own code and docs, and what we haven’t done yet, we don’t claim.
The rules the product follows.
Not slogans: each one is a behaviour you can check in the app.
Calm by default
The sidebar shows one project at a time. Notifications group a burst into one email, never send what you already read, and can be snoozed.
Private by default
Everyone has a My space that nobody else can open, not even admins. Password vaults start members-only, and AI never sees them.
Nothing deleted by accident
Deleted work goes to the Trash with Undo. A downgrade makes things read-only, never gone. Deleting for good needs a typed confirmation.
AI asks first
Every action an AI teammate takes outside TaskCrew can wait for a person. No answer in 30 minutes means no.
Things you can check, not take on trust.
Real tests
Unit, integration and end-to-end journeys on every change, a sandbox escape test for AI runs, and a performance benchmark against a workspace seeded with 50,000 tasks.
A public changelog
Every release, dated and in plain words, so you can see what shipped and when.
