Forms that turn answers into work.
Online forms where every response becomes a row in a table the moment it’s sent, and can create a task in any list of the project. Collect by public link, for members only, or by email.
| Submitted | Name | Need |
|---|---|---|
| just now | Ana Lima | Landing page… |
| Oct 12 | Raj Patel | Sales deck… |
| Oct 11 | Mira Chen | Case study… |
Requests arrive from everywhere.
Without TaskCrew
- Requests come by email, chat and in the corridor
- Answers pile up in a spreadsheet nobody owns
- Someone copies each one into the task tool
- Spam gets through, or a CAPTCHA annoys everyone
With TaskCrew
- One form link, or one email address
- Every response is a row the moment it’s sent
- “Also create a task” puts it in the right list
- Spam brakes that people never notice
Every answer is a row.
Each form has its own Responses table, with a Submitted date and one column per question. Change a question and its column follows. Work through responses in grid, kanban, calendar or gallery.
- Responses are as private as the form
- Delete a spam row and its files go with it
- Search, filter and export them like any table
| Submitted | Your name | Department | What do you need? | Brief |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| just now | Ana Lima | Marketing | Landing page for the webinar | brief.pdf |
| Oct 13 | Raj Patel | Sales | Deck for the Hooli renewal | |
| Oct 12 | Mira Chen | Product | Case study: Café Rosa | notes.docx |
| Oct 11 | Tom Ruiz | Support | Help article on SSO |
You renamed the question “Team” to “Department”, and the column followed.
…and, if you like, a task.
Turn on “Also create a task” and each response becomes a task in a list of the project, titled by one of the questions. The task links back to its row.
- Text from outside stays plain text in the task
- Automations can assign it, label it or hand it to an AI teammate
- One “New responses” notification that counts up
Text from outside stays plain text: no links, mentions or pictures sneak in.
Collect by link or by email.
Share a public link, keep the form to signed-in members, or give it a secret email address so an email becomes a response. Add show/hide rules and file uploads.
- Questions for text, numbers, dates, choices, yes/no, links and files
- Show a question only when an earlier answer fits
- “Get a new link” ends the old one at once
The details that keep forms tidy.
Spam brakes instead of a CAPTCHA: a hidden field, a time check, an optional sum and rate limits
One “New responses” notification that counts up
Private responses: the table follows the form’s sharing
Delete spam rows together with their files
Members-only forms record who sent each answer
Optional copies to the sender: their answers for members, a thank-you note on public forms
Uploaded files kept in the project’s Files & media
A form never shows your workspace, project or other answers
“A row is added” automations run for every response
Hand new requests to an AI teammate, if you want to.
A response never starts an AI teammate by itself. You decide: an automation can give each new task to a teammate, which drafts the next step for a person to check.
- Brief to Tasks turns a submitted brief into subtasks, plus questions for the client
- Support Reply Drafter drafts the answer to a support request
- With “Ask before acting” on, actions outside TaskCrew still wait for a person
then give it to 📋 Brief to Tasks and start right away
A person reviews the subtasks before anyone starts.
AI teammates that fit this page

Tables
Responses are a normal table: filter, sort, chart and export them.
Task lists
Each response can become a task in any list of the project.
Dashboards
Count responses by week, by team or by any answer.
Automations
When a response arrives, create a task in another list or start a playbook.
One workspace. Everything connects.
Forms take text and files from strangers, so they get extra care.
Questions, answered
Is it like Google Forms?
For collecting answers, yes: a public link, simple show/hide rules and file uploads. The difference is what happens next. Every response is a row in a table at once and can become a task, so nobody copies answers by hand.
Can a form create a task?
Yes. Turn on “Also create a task”, pick a list in the project and the question that becomes the title. The task links back to the response.
Do people need an account to fill in a form?
Not for a public form. Form respondents are always free and never count as seats. A members-only form asks people to sign in and records who sent each answer.
Are forms free?
Yes. Forms are in every plan, including Free for up to 5 people. See pricing.
How do you stop spam without a CAPTCHA?
A hidden field catches bots, a time check catches answers sent too fast, an optional small sum adds one more check, and rate limits cap how often anyone can send. If spam still gets in, delete the row and its files go with it.
