A spreadsheet that behaves like a database.
Typed columns keep the data clean: money is money, a date is a date, a person is a person. Edit with the keyboard, paste from a spreadsheet, and open any row in a side panel.
- 14 column types, from money and ratings to files and links
- Up to 50,000 rows in a table
- CSV import and export

Filters in plain language.
“Stage is Won and Value over 10,000.” Build filters from words, sort and search, and watch rows change while others edit.
- Conditions that fit each column: is, contains, is empty, is after…
- A row that starts to match joins your view on its own
- Share the filtered view by link

A data store your agents can use.
Your own agents read and write tables through the MCP server, by column name. The people watching see the rows change live.
- query_rows, add_rows and update_row, with values by column name
- Rows an agent adds run the table’s “a row is added” automations
- Expense Categorizer hands back a CSV that’s ready to import into a table
- Invoice Reconciliation lists matched and unmatched lines, with a CSV to check

Questions, answered
Is it an Airtable alternative?
For many team uses, yes: typed columns, grid, kanban, calendar and gallery views, filters in plain words, CSV import, and forms that add rows. What’s different is that the table sits next to your tasks, docs and dashboards, and your own agents can work with it. If one table needs more than 50,000 rows, a real database is the better home.
How many rows can a table hold?
Up to 50,000 rows per table. That covers client lists, vendors, stock, candidates and content calendars. Tables are meant for the data a team works with every day, not for millions of records.
Can I bring in a spreadsheet?
Yes. Import a CSV file, or paste rows straight into the grid. You can export a table to CSV at any time.
Are tables free?
Yes. Tables are in every plan, including Free for up to 5 people. See pricing.
Can AI work with my tables?
Your own agents can, through the MCP server: they read rows, add them and change them, and the table’s automations run as they would for a person. AI teammates work on tasks; some, like Expense Categorizer, hand back a CSV that’s ready to import into a table. Read the MCP docs.
