Dashboards you build by writing a sentence.
Pick the words, “Count tasks in this project where not done, grouped by assignee”, and get a chart. Dashboards cover tasks, tables, AI teammate runs and playbooks, and email themselves as a PDF.
Every chart reads like a sentence.
Count, add up or average tasks and table rows, then show the answer as a number, a bar, donut or line chart, a progress bar, a list or a pivot table. Anyone can read what a widget counts.
- Pivot tables: rows by columns, such as people by week, with totals
- A running total for any count or sum
- Click a number to open the tasks or rows behind it
Click a bar to open those tasks.
See how work flows, not who is slow.
One ready-made set of three charts: tasks done per week, time from start to done, and where work waits. They show team totals, never one person.
- Time in each state shows where work waits
- History of task changes, AI teammate runs and playbook runs
- AI runs: how many finished, why some failed, how long reviews took
Team totals, never one person.
Sent to the people who need it.
Download a PDF or a CSV, or email the dashboard weekly or monthly. Each email is calculated for its reader, so nobody sees numbers from work they can’t open.
- A date range and filters saved as the dashboard’s default
- Each viewer’s own filters live in the link
- Read-only links for clients that expire after 7, 30 or 90 days
People show as “Person 1” unless you turn names on.

The weekly update, drafted for you.
Put the Project Status Writer on a task with a weekly schedule. Each run drafts Headline, Done, In progress, Risks & blockers and Next week from what happened in TaskCrew.
- A person reviews the draft and sends it; AI never sends anything to a client
- Ask your workspace “what is overdue?” and get the tasks it found
- Dashboards count AI teammate runs like any other work
- Owners and admins see AI spend per project on All projects
Headline
On track for the Oct 30 launch; one risk on payments.
Done
- Checkout redesign merged (WR-9)
- Brand guide v2 sent to Acme
In progress
- Payment API, 3 days behind plan
Risks & blockers
- Payment API is on the critical path
Next week
- QA on mobile, launch checklist

A dashboard never shows more than its reader can open.
Questions, answered
Can I share a dashboard with a client?
Yes. Share it read-only by link. The link expires after 7, 30 or 90 days, is never indexed, and shows people as “Person 1” unless you turn names on. It never shows more than you could see when you shared it.
Do I need to know formulas or SQL?
No. You build each widget by choosing words in a sentence: what to count, where, which ones, and how to group them.
Can it chart tables, not just tasks?
Yes. Widgets count, add up or average the rows of any table you can open. History widgets cover changes to tasks, AI teammate runs and playbook runs.
Are dashboards free?
Yes. Dashboards are in every plan, including Free for up to 5 people. See pricing.
How is it different from a BI tool?
TaskCrew dashboards count the work in TaskCrew: tasks, rows, AI runs and playbooks, with each viewer’s access. For data from other systems, such as a data warehouse or ad accounts, a BI tool is the better fit.
